Jack of all trades
For about 5 years, I freelanced across many departments within Salesforce; from C-suite requests, to educational videos and courses, card games and employee swag, HR items, and implementing new brand standards with their design teams. My work on internal company trainings would be shared with the entire company across the globe. It was a great pleasure to work across such a large swath of the company, where I was able to work with many interesting people and objectives.

Perhaps my proudest personal achievement was animating Natural Language Processing’s inability to know which contextual meaning ‘I made her duck’ should have in an educational video hosted by Chief Scientist Richard Socher.
Quite a lot of my work with Salesforce was internally-facing, so we’ll just focus on Trailhead.
Trailhead is Salesforce’s online learning platform, where you can train to earn badges and certifications across a wide range of topics.
Trailhead illustrations need to be able to communicate ideas globally, no matter what language the course would be translated to. I designed hundreds of Trailhead illustrations in my time with Salesforce; you’ll find a collection of my favorites below.
