I’m part artist, part tinkerer. I love making broken things work, to find or define the maximum usability and beauty of that thing.
Years of working in small, scrappy agencies and freelancing means I’ve worn a lot of hats for a lot of different types of clients, and I like it that way. I have extensive history working in web/UX, graphic design, branding and publishing, with clients ranging from one-person operations to Fortune 500 companies across a variety of fields.
I'm available for freelance, and based in Austin, Texas.
Figuring out how to make things both beautiful and highly usable is the kind of puzzle I love the most.

Outside of work
I love stories, whether via books, TV, movies or podcasts. While I listen to/watch those, I like to dive into all sorts of new projects. Over lockdown, I painted a mural in my home, built a fire pit and learned how to wire lamps, and I’m slowly (very slowly) teaching myself how to use my 1939 Singer chainstitch embroidery machine.
